Within this project, we refined the existing business model of Design Mystery Meetup and developed a renewed concept focused on bringing people together through structured encounters that stimulate collaboration and shared projects. Using methods such as PESTEL, stakeholder mapping, user interviews, SWOT, trend analysis, and the COM B model, we analyzed the ecosystem connecting designers, municipalities, educational institutions, and industry. This resulted in a non profit platform concept aimed at designers in the contemplation phase of their careers, exploring how design talent can be better connected to the city.
The course strengthened my ability to apply business methods from a design perspective, maintaining a strong focus on people and value creation for a business.
