In my Constructive Design Research project on Product Service Systems, I researched how designers can be supported in designing for judgement of value within shared systems. Using a field based approach and Social Practice Theory, observations and interviews informed the development of a physical design toolkit. This toolkit functioned as a research artefact to guide co-creation and provoke reflection rather than prescribe outcomes.
Through iterative testing and thematic analysis, the project demonstrated how design artefacts can act as instruments for research. This work strengthened my ability to combine theory, making, and reflection, and informs how I apply design methods in socially and organizationally complex contexts
